I just had an amazing meal at Chopstick Express on 2103 Pinnacle Parkway! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff. The restaurant had a great ambiance, with soft music and tasteful Chinese – themed decor. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and it was a flavor explosion! The chicken was tender, the peanuts were crunchy, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. The portion size was generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I also tried their egg rolls, and they were the best I’ve ever had, with a crispy exterior and a delicious filling. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu. Chopstick Express is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Covington. Their location is convenient, and the restaurant is always clean and well – maintained. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and I’m a big fan of their dumplings. The steamed dumplings are filled with a delicious mixture of minced pork and fresh vegetables, and the dipping sauce is out of this world. I also love their fried rice, which is loaded with chunks of tender meat, fresh peas, and carrots. The service is top – notch, with the waitstaff being attentive and quick to refill drinks. I’ve been here multiple times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. Five stars without a doubt!
